Day 1

I am a soup person and I could have it everyday for lunch and be happy. When I found about the WW 0 point soup, I was thrilled. I made it today and here's the link to the receipe. http://www.weightwatchers.ca/food/rcp/index.aspx?recipeid=87981 I added an onion to mine.

Some people say that this soup is the secret to their weight loss. Enjoy!

I haven't stuck to the WWPP plan to a tee the past 2 days. I will start posting my trackers online tmw so that I'm required to do it somewhere where the 'unknown' will see and see.

I'm heading to the YMCA tonight to do an orientation. I can't wait to get a plan started for myself.

My start

I can't wait to start the new Weight Watchers PointsPlus program. I received the materials last week and I've been following it a couple days now. I LOVE it!!!

I've been on WW for years now, on and off, but I feel that WW finally got the program perfect. The last 4 days have been filled with more veggies and fruit. I have not been hungry, but I have realized that you need to use your points wisely and eat the filling food to stay full. Simply...it's all about the choices that we make.
